Third time rejection

Dear Team

I have submitted my application f(Not fast forward verification) or the 3rd time with my educational qualification and technical qualification supporting doc,but it is rejected asking me to contact the support team to help me making the necessary changes.

can u please help to what are the changes to be made in my application
