Additional work with client

I am a seller. i have completed a job for the buyer. i raised invoice on my original proposal and the buyer approved it and i got the payment. now he give me additional work and i tried to create a new proposal but it is not working (screen remains the same and doesn't show me any error or notification), so i can't understand, what should i do now? how to start next job in the same workstream?
