Freelancer Intentionally damaged our website

#3205427 This man has been paid and then stayed logged into our site until we posted a review and them damaged it intentionally after we gave him a bad review. I want charges pressed or we might sue for these damages. He has intentionally destroyed personal property. We need support immediately. Thank you.
