Approval Problem

After my application is approved, I keep getting an e-mail indicating that

After a close review of your application by our team, we’ve determined that to be accepted to sell on PeoplePerHour, you need to take the following action:

Provide your real name and location.

I PROVIDED MY LOCATION AND NAME. TÜRKÜ NAZ ALTINAY IS MY REAL NAME.

I don't know what kind of an algorithm program or membership team you use but it is not working. I provided every detail of my personal profile. Please fix this issue asap. I can provide further proof and ID if required.
