Work stream under moderation

Hi

 

I recently invited my client from outside to people per hour and also raised a proposal. After accepting the proposal and deposited the amount by my client in escrow, the workstream went into moderation. 

Why this went to moderation?

I want to deliver the work to my client by tonight. Can you please resolve this matter as soon as possible
