Hello,

I create a job post and I am not exactly sure why it was declined.  There was no explanation of what I did wrong.  Can someone explain?  Also, I paid for the NDA on this job post, will that be refunded?  I tried creating a new job post, for the same project but it is asking for an NDA payment again.
