I would like to enquire how I can get my advance payment back. My project could not be carried out by the freelancer I selected. He cannot do the requested appraisal because he is not a certified surveyor in this case. That is why he did not accept my advance payment. Please let me know how I can have the advance payment credited to my pph account in order to start further projects and make payments. The £150.00 I have sent is still within a holding account. The freelancer is not offered the option on his side to release this back to me.

Hello Ralph,
You can find the option to "Request Refund" at the bottom of the WorkStream. This will remove any money that you have placed in escrow and will be returned to your PPH wallet.
