Offer Not Accepted despite it mirroring other offers

Hi 

I have made an offer which keeps being rejected and I cannot see why it is being rejected. 

My offer is virtually mirroring other peoples offers in terms of content and it is still being rejected. I am getting very frustrated being sent countless automated emails which are generic and unhelpful. Please can I have response from a human being outlining what the issue is?
