probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed

Hello,

This is my nth no of post in qo months for the same reason. I did not get any response yet. Its very frustrating , first I dont know the reason and second there is no direct way to contact and get a response back quickly.

Here is the same request ( again:)

I am getting message in my freelancer dashboard like this "probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed and therefore all Freelancer actions are locked We wish you well in your future endeavours"

Now I can't contact client or search,bid for new projects. I have been in PPH for more than 8 years and done several projects over the year.

I don't know what happened now, what is probation period. I was not aware. Please help me to enable my freelancer work. I tried to do some work in this pandemic time from home through PPH but now I can't.
