Old account shut down now I can't access work I PAID FOR!

Hi,

Because your UI is so incredibly poor, when I started a buyer account it seemed like I had to start another account to freelance. So my old account has been arbitrarily shut down for NO STATED REASON! And I can't access the work I paid Eighty Pounds for!

This is THEFT! Plain and simple. I get no response from my emails. You RIP-OFF freelancers for massive fees, yet can't even afford to employ someone to check the emails?
