Refund from PPH

Hello

I have been given a refund by PPH and they say it has gone back onto my PPH account.

But this isnt clear to me has this gone back onto my credit card - where the funds intially came from.

The message from PPH is not clear and the articles are not clear on this point.

I cant see any email to PPH to confirm this.

Can you confirm this please
