help to accept my application to start selling

Hello ,  i  would  like  to  help  me  proceed in my  submission  my  application rejected     I  try   the  third  time  ,  I  am  sure  there is  a  small  change  concerns  the  picture  of my  cover   please  help  me  to submit i deserve  to  accept  my request.
