Not sure why my job post is under moderation?

I need a job completing very quickly and can see that the post is under moderation. I have been inviting freelancers to look at the job already and can't tell if they can see the job or not. 

Please could someone amend it and take it off under moderation or tell me what I need to do to get the job out there.
