Application rejected for third time (error)

Hello, I received the error message "application rejected for third time". The reason is not clear, although I think it's due to the profile picture because I've uploaded mistakenly a logo.

By the way, I've already sent a request to change my profile picture and I would like to have my application accepted, even considering the fact that I've paid for the "fast-track" option.

Can you help, please?
