What the seller delivered was not original

First of all, the seller sent me something that had nothing to do with what I asked him to do. He told me that he made a mistake and that he had sent me another's person project. Hours later he deliverd what all the requirements that I asked him so I released the money. Now I've just found out that he copied the work from the internet and it's not original. What can I do? He won't answer and at this point I only want my money back
