My application rejected third time

I want to work full time in people per hour but there are need some changes,Please help me.

  I am Srikant. I applied for a freelancer in your platform . But, the problem is when i try to access the platform it shows me ''Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on peroplePerHour''.

  It would be very helpful for me if you let me know what type of mistake i have made.So,I will change and reapply.
