Profile Accepted But Showing Not Accepted

Hello,

It the 2nd time I'm doing the same post.

My profile is accepted (I got an email) but once I open my account it shows that I apply 3 times and got rejected every time. But I apply only once.

Please Check It.

  I faced the same issue today. I don't know why they are not doing anything regarding this. Kindly please look into this matter.
