My profile application has been rejected for 3rd time

Your peopleperhour team Rejected my account 3rd times.  I'm experiencing problems submitting my application. I filled out the application carefully but it got rejected after 2 days. I have checked my profile but it is perfect, Please help me in this issue. If there is something wrong with my application, please allow me to make changes to it.
