Payoneer account withdrawal problem

Hi PPH Team

I have a verified payoneer account but when I try to retrieve my current balance into payoneer, PPH gives me following error msg,

"To help us verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents here"

"Here" hyperlink takes me to a place where my documents are already added and I can not add them again as no option is available. Please offer assistance.
