Communicating with a Client

Hello PeoplePerHour Team,

I am a new freelancer here and 2 days ago somebody got in touch with me and today said that I can communicate with the manager through skype.

Should I repeat the price that I posted on my profile that I work $35/ hour and have to mention to her that, that's the price I placed on my profile because her offer was or might be $28.

I hope this question will be answered asap.

I would greatly appreciate it.
