Freelancers passing off work as their own

I've recently posted a request for a developer, and a couple of the proposals I've received reference the same apps as evidence of their work. Whilst I appreciate that it isn't impossible that these particular clients have worked with more than one developer to date, I am very dubious that this is the case and one of them isn't just passing off the others work.

I appreciate it is impossible for PPH to fully vet these and stop them doing this, but I now have serious doubts about which is being honest. Ultimately if one is passing off the others' work, they are causing harm here - because I'm now reluctant to hire either given that I have misgivings about their honesty.

How can I report this to PPH for them to perhaps contact both freelancers to check on this?

It concerns me that there are potentially so many fake profiles showcasing others' work.
