I need help fixing some info on my account page

I am about to get paid for my first job. I entered my bank account details but was rejected, casue my statement says my copany name. The email said I need to provide compant certificate and the proof that i work for the company. However there is no place that i can upload the dcouments and they did not tell either. I sent an email to customer support but there I did not even receive an acknoweldgement email and there is no response for 5 days now. What can I do ? Thanks
