Deactivated Account - New Account
AnsweredI applied to be a freelancer on your platform on July 3, 2020, but my application was rejected. I have just logged in to my account after a long time and I see a notification that my application has been rejected for a "third" time. I have only applied once to be a freelancer.
I contacted customer support at support@peopleperhour.com but I didn't get any reply, so I had to deactivate my account so I could create a new one.
I have now created a new account with my Gmail but when I try to connect my LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, it says that they are linked to another PPH account.
I would like to know if it is possible to reactivate my former account (ikelepaul@yahoo.com), so that I can apply with it, or delete it permanently so that I can apply with my newly created Gmail.
