Why is there no way of contacting anyone for support on this site??

Been trying to get in touch with someone from this site but it seems like an impossible mission. What a good way of avoiding customer service, just have absolutely no way of getting in touch!! In this day and age, it is crazy that you don't have a live chat or even an email. I guess that should have told me everything I needed to know about this site when I signed up. Please be warned that a large proportion of jobs aren't what they say they are and I've been scammed, yet I have no way of reporting it to the site. I will however be looking into how I can report this site.
