How can I get my money back to my bank account .

I am a Buyer. I have paid €649.60 in an escrow account. I have requested to refund in full on the same day. the reason disagreement with freelancer and freelancer didn't start to work on my project at all.I have requested to refund of the full amount €649.60. I got an email saying like:

"Just to let you know that we have processed your refund request of €600.00 for the Project complete dynamic website. These funds have now been refunded back to your PPH User Account."

I don't have any customer support Phone number to contact. Anyone ,Could you please tell me where can I find the customer support numbers to contact . thank you

How can I get my money back to my bank account .
