Cancellation Due To Error
I mistakenly clicked on the wrong email awarding a design job to the wrong person. Now, I have to go thru a whole process to get a refund. On top of that, the guy I mistakenly hired claims to have 'almost completed the work'. I PROVIDED THE ARTWORK. HE HAD VERY LITTLE TO DO, AND WHAT HE SENT ME DOESN'T MATCH THE ARTWORK I SENT HIM.
Why doesn't PPH have an option for buyers to cancel orders within a certain window, which would allow for mistakes such as the one I made? Now I have to wait and see if PPH agrees with me, and refunds my money, so I can get the right person on the job.
