Sorting Jobs to suit Profile of Sellers

People Per Hour you used to be so good at sending the correct jobs to suit sellers profiles.  What has happened in the past year or two?

In the past week alone I have had jobs sent to me regarding the following and remember I live in the UK and I am a Researcher and I do not have 8 or 9 different languages on my CV.

1.  Need someone working in USA to sell to Chemical Industries?

2.  Need someone who lives in India to build up a program for a new website?.

3. Need someone who speaks Chinese! Russian! Polish! German! French! Finish, Swedish?

But the best one was:  

4. We need men between the ages of 21 and 70 in the USA.   

Well done PPH you got 1 out of 3 correct on number 4.  The age group.

Do you know how maddening it is every day to open all the jobs you send through saying 'You're one of the most qualified Sellers for the Job' and you open the job to find you have no qualifications to do that job whatsoever!
