Problem in posting offer.

"PROVIDE A DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR OFFER, OPTIMIZED FOR SEARCH RESULTS"

I am getting the error message " The short description should  maximum 150 characters long" when I am sure that my description is more than 150 character. I tried to lessen it but still getting the same error message that is why I cannot post my hourlie
