Payment method under different name

I am Toon from Thailand. I add my Payoneer account for the payment method on people per hour. But It is rejected because of under a different name. I put my name Toon(My middle name) Duangkamon on people per hour . But I put my name, Duangkamon Napaboot on  Payoneer account.
I also just changed my last name.
I kindly ask you to please fix this issue. I have only that account to add for the payment method.
