I have an account with you for several years. I never used it.  But today I had trouble with my account password. so I changed it. To my surprise, it blocked me saying I could no longer sell because I didn't qualify within the three months. I was never a seller of any services. 

I intend to buy services only. I would like to purchase some services, but my account is not allowing me. I think my account has been used. fraudulently and I have not been aware up till now. Please look into it
