My application has been rejected 3rd time

I am a whiteboard animation explainer. My application was "rejected for a 3rd time"  I have been trying to apply for people per hour but every time I submit an application, it got rejected without a reason. I have properly filled my application with every detail and certification but still, I haven't received any positive response from PPH. Kindly let me know what can I do in order to begin working with you?
