Pending withdrawal

It is written that it take upto 48 business hours to release funds but now the 48 hours completed and still my money is not released into my payoneer account. I am worried please help!

    It has been 8 days for me and they always told me every time that they would escalate it.

    There is a thread on here with about 60 comments, if you look at that towards the end it will be clearer what is happening, yesterday morning they put a statement out saying it's something to do with new financial rules they have to follow and withdrawals now can take about 2 weeks.

    This is absolutely illegal! I made my withdraw over a week ago and it was declared it should take 48 hours to process it, nothing has been done so far. It's been like that for over a year, they hardly ever process our requests in time, why do they declare 48 hours? They have to either perform the withdrawals in time or provide a realistic timeframe. A bunch of crooks!!!

    Guys, I guess the only way to bring their attention to their own mismanagement is writing negative feedback on their performance on external websites like sitejabber.com, etc. Otherwise they will keep ignoring us forever (((

    It has been 7 days with me and I still didn't get my money and now when I contacted them they pick up an issue with the client from the previous year. LOL! They pick something that has nothing do with the delay instead of accepting their mistake. Every single cs agent is a nonsense and useless in pph support team.
