Answer mismatch on application acceptance

I received mail that "Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile.GO TO PROFILE"

 

and when I open my PPH it shows "Your application has been rejected for a third time. "

Please provide a proper solution for this.
