I was absent for a while, problem with a client, due to an illness of a relative

The best way I can solve at this time is by returning the same 
amount of funds that the client paid me, and then I apologize to him for that cause, 
if this can be solved at once, please withdraw the funds 150 usd, from my account 
to refund them to the customer.
