Application Rejected 3 times

I have created an application. I got an email saying 'Please provide real name and location'

I tried to modify my profile. I got the same message again. I changed the 'About You' section and provided my name and location but still, I get the same message?

Where do I need to change those details? PPH is not letting us know where exactly the change needs to be done. It doesn't either highlight the place or let us know where to navigate to?

Does anyone have an idea about this? Where should I be providing my name and location.

I see a lot of questions on this same but none have got an answer. Am I checking any other community?
