My application was rejected for a third time

Dear Concerned Authority,
I had only applied once but the thing shows that I have been rejected a third time. It's really an unfortunate situation for the website as it's not showing the correct information. I would like to get another chance to apply.Hope the concerned authority will take this into consideration.
