My application was rejected for the 3rd time without giving a reason ?

  I HAVE ASLO FACE THIS SITUATION .MY APPLICATION HAS BEEN REJECTED THIRD TIME. SO KINDLY TELL ME  WHICH NECESSARY CHANGES I MADE IN ACCOUNT.
