Why is PeoplePerHour showing your application has been rejected third time?

Dear PeoplePerHour Support Team,

I am new on PeoplePerHour. I apply first time on PeoplePerHour as Freelancer. It showing me a message.

"Your application has been rejected for a third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour."

May I know what is the reason for showing this type of message. Kindly let me know what is mistake in my application so that I will change and reapply.
