There are unacceptable withdrawal delays with no explanation other than "it's not our fault, security checks". If your website is growing then do something to support that, otherwise you'll run a freelancing site with no freelancers. I've been waiting for 6 days for a withdrawal that should've taken 2, and it still hasn't arrived. Is this what I should expect from now on? To just never know when my money is going to arrive? I, as I believe all other freelancers, need answers and more security when it comes to getting payed.

  I have the same problem, more than 2 days that I asked a withdrawal and it is NOT done, NO answer from customer support. This is not acceptable.  Please somebody from PPH, respond!!

  I do worry since I have no longer enthusiasm to keep working on PPH. THIS was the problem in Upwork and the main REASON I moved to PPH.

  I think it's a new problem that began about a month ago. 5 days waiting too. I guess I'll have to wait for next week.

  Who are we kidding? PPH does not care. The Submit a Request button doesn't even f****** work!!!
