My application has got rejected

First my application has got approved and tell us change your location. when i did then accepted my account. but they need promotion for that i have submitted the form multiple time I think this the reasons so my application  rejected this message is giving without showing any details what i missed in my profile. I'm highly talented and experienced Freelancer i want to show my ability in this platform. Its kind request to "Peopleperhour" kindly help me to overcome this so that i can start working which I need most.
