Disappointed with PPH

I'm very disappointed with PPH regarding delayed transaction duration. I have personally missed all of the Bill due dates this month, due to PPH's sudden changes in rules and regulations. As a Freelancer who solely depends on the money earned through online clients, this has brought so much uncomfortability.

  What are the changes in rules and regulations? I'm currently trying to work why the delay in payment.

  They have changed the time duration for transaction to 48 Business Hours, For example, Its been over 7 days since i withdrew my last Money, and it still the transaction is not yet completed. Very disappointing.

  I've just been paid mine today, so it's been 7 days.
