My payment was declined when trying to accept a proposal.  It says to contact the customer support team, but the contact button on the website doesn't work, and the phone number provided is dead.  Visa and my issuing bank say there are no blocks on the card.  Please get back soon.

 I need my work by 05-17 tomorrow; if the payment can't be made sooner, I lose my deadline.
