Withdrawal delays
Am I the only person who is experiencing payment delays. I made a withdrawal request on the 22/04 and I'm still waiting.

Yes. Same. Absolutely and completely infuriating. Made my life infinitely more complicated. No transparency whatsoever and absolutely piss poor customer support. I made my request on the 23rd and it's still not been approved. Not going to get my money until at least Monday due to there being no transactions able to be done during the weekend as well. Disgusting experience with an utterly pathetic response from customer support.

Same. Mine is from 25th. I don't understand why they can't process money that has already been paid by the client or why they even need people to deal with a withdrawal anyway. It should be a simple case of withdrawing yourself to your bank account. The customer support told me that they were too busy and then said they had technical issues. I'm beginning to wonder if I'll ever see my money!

I made a withdrawal on April 22nd and it took them up to May 4th to approve. Had an issue with my Bank's code and the money was sent back. I withdrew again and I've reached out and there is no one responding so far. I am wondering if I will have to wait another three weeks for the process. This is very inconvenient and inefficient from their side. Once a buyer has made payments to the freelancer's account it should not be a process that needs the approval to withdraw the money. It should be immediate.
