Copy of a recent utility bill or statement showing your name and address

Hi. 

I want to withdraw my funds but it says that i need to add a bill or statement showing my name and address. The problem is, i don't have any bills to submit (i'm living with my parents). What else can i do to withdraw my funds? besides submiting my ID.
