Problem with the security question

Hello, I have a problem with my Security question, I don't remember that I made one! I tried the reasonable answers but it didn't work. 

When I want to change it they don't allow me to do it because I have to put the previous one. I don't understand why it is hidden as a password when you enter it.

I tried all the options and none is correct. I tried to add new questions but it doesn't accept it.

I need to review my payment methods, so I must enter this answer.
