withdrawal issues

my 2nd paypal account has issues so I can't withdraw my funds again. I want to change my payment method with other paypal account or bank account instead. I will attach the screen shot of pending withdrawal transaction. HOPE YOU WILL REFUND MY MONEY AGAIN. THANK YOU!
