Live chat support disappeared

Hi, I have been a fan of live chat support of PPH, but from last week the live chat support feature isn't showing up on my dashboard, is this a problem on my side or have you guys decided to finish it?

I will appreciate any answerss

  Only available 10-4 European time as that is when their customer service agents are in work

  Where and how can I get to live chat? I can't see the option at all. And currently it is between 10-4 EU time.
