    same here, I had to message them for my last payment, now I have one pending that still hasn't been paid. You may have to contact them via the chat. That is how I was able to get paid.

    Payments now take about 6-7 business days so for instance if you made a withdrawl last Monday you probably won't get it till Wednesday now. They have not really advertised this properly but it has been the norm since the end of April

    I made a withdrawal last Monday and still not received that one - hopefully should be tomorrow, but I wont count on it.

    If payments now take longer they need to advertise this. It still says funds will be available within 24-48 hours when you make a paypal withdrawal. Might ber grounds for false advertising.

    They are claiming to have 'issues' on their end and unfortunately, this is leaving all of us, freelancers, in limbo. I've been chasing up my payment for days now and they can't give me any straight answers. It usually takes 2-3 days for funds to arrive in your account but for whatever reason, they are saying to allow 2-3 weeks for funds. I don't get it when they can easily take off their commission. What service are WE paying for?

    This has become a joke at our expense. No support whatsoever, just the standard...we will ecalate blabla, but they still take huge cuts from our work...for nothing i see.

    Thank you for your comments! It’s strange because I’ve never had a problem with processing payments before. I’ll try to contact the support team, since it’s been 6 full business days and I have no further updates on the process.

    Live chat support its there, everyday, but between their working hours wich is 9-5 Uk time

    No it's not there for me i think they have disabled it till they get the issue resolved

    They admit it should be 48 hours but said it's taking longer. Basically, as long as they process a withdrawal request within two weeks, they think that's perfectly fine.....!! There are people on here complaining they have been waiting 15 days for their withdrawal request though!!

    It's extremely concerning. I've raised a ticket and they've said they will escalate it - but that's the same as everyone else has been told too. They signposted me to the blog again for an "explanation".

    Its taking 7-11 working days (ie 2 weeks) for payments to be sent now. New rules that PPH have to follow I am afraid. If it longer than 11 working days then contact their support and they will help
