Not saving new profile picture and cover

I've been trying to change my profile picture and upload a cover and, even though it seemingly uploads, when I go onto my profile I see that nothing has changed, and when I try to edit it again it shows no cover, meaning it never saved the one I had uploaded. For the profile picture, it goes back to the old one.
