"Submit a Request" Link Not Working, Trying to Help a Buyer

Hello. I have a buyer who is having technical issues with People Per Hour, and I'm trying to contact Customer Support to help us so that we can complete the order. However, the "Submit a Request" link is not working (nothing happens when it's clicked on). I've tried it on multiple computers and get the same result. Please help!
